You can reach the balcony by using a jump pad from the center of town, or by simply jumping on the roof platforms behind innkeeper Emmy. Adeline, the Mage job change NPC, is situated on the upper right hand corner of town, just to the right of equipment merchant Crispin. Archer NPC Ronny is located at the 7 o'clock side of town.
