The world of Dragon nest is divided into three kingdoms

Dragon nest is the 'prequel' to the original Lineage game, both developed by Korean game studio, NCSoft. Dragon nest takes place approximately 150 years prior to the Lineage timeline.

Originally released in 2003, the game is hugely popular in Asia with NCSoft reporting over 14 million players having taken part in Dragon nest since release.

The world of Dragon nest is divided into three kingdoms, Aden, Elmore, and Gracia. Players begin their journey into Dragon nest in either the Kingdom of Aden or in the Kingdom of Elmore depending on race. Typical of most MMOs, players journey through the world gaining in experience and levels to battle ever-increasingly difficult monsters.

Expansions to Dragon nest come in the form of free “Chronicles” roughly every six months. Besides major game play updates and alterations, each Chronicle also continues the storyline of the MMO’s main plot and brings a great deal of new content.
